Meet the Founder & CEO

Hi there! I’m Mikayla - and I’m obsessed with helping brands tell their story through not only creative but data-driven marketing strategies. Your business deserves to shine in the online space - and we’re here to make that happen!

    • As a University of Western graduate with a degree in Sociology and 10+ years of working with a variety of demographics; I have a deep understanding of human behaviour, social dynamics, and cultural trends, all of which have been critical in developing effective marketing strategies for my clients.

    • Over the past 3 years I have taken a variety of continuing education courses in Marketing, Advertising, Website and Leadership Development. All of which has led me to have a greater understanding of consumer behaviours, targeted marketing strategies, as well as expanded my skill-set and knowledge of design.

    • I also own not one, but two successful brands and have created them both from the ground up. As I’ve mentioned before, Marketing is my first love, but the world of short term rentals comes a close second!

  • I met my soon-to-be husband while traveling; he is American and I am Canadian. I’m also a Real Estate Investor and own The Bay House Retreat with my Fiancé. I’ve always been a very creative person, and sort of out there with my ideas to be honest haha. I love traveling and am a huge foodie. I will never turn down a good glass of Cab Sauv paired with a charcuterie board! My favourite way to wind down after a busy work day is taking care of my mind and body at the gym or spending time in nature.

  • I’m all about creating connections - which I believe has led me to creating long-lasting partnerships with many of my clients. I’ve had the pleasure of working with many different industries, but my favourite have been family owned and operated. When I say we put our heart and soul into your business’ marketing - it’s true. We thrive on creating genuine connections with close knit teams and use creative marketing strategies to tell a brand’s story, while showcasing their products and services.

  • Content Creator

    Funny story - I semi stalked her online as I was sourcing out vendors for my wedding and knew I was in need of a ‘Day of Wedding Content Creator’. Manuela is the owner of Love Lens in Chatham-Kent. I loved her work instantly and knew I had to work with her in some capacity once we met in person. Manuela supports our team and clients with various projects with her keen eye for design, video editing and content creation skills.

  • Office Administrator

    Darlene is a key part of our team who brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to our operations. With a background as a school principal for many years, she has honed exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Now retired from the education sector, she channels her expertise into keeping our office running smoothly as our dedicated Office Administrator.

    Fun fact - she also happens to be the proud mom of Mikayla, making our team feel like one big family!
